1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver all over Singapore — to every state, territory, and postcode including major cities and regional areas. We currently deliver to customers across:

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Singapore GST (9%) where applicable. The current price of $129 per bottle automatically qualifies for free standard shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to carrier volumes, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at theteam@customersupport.care.
5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
5.2 Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch (or 14 days for remote areas), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5.3 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theteam@customersupport.care. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

6. Returns Process
6.1 How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, contact our team at theteam@customersupport.care within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your return or refund request
- Any relevant photos (for damaged or incorrect items)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
6.2 Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Products should be in their original packaging where possible, however we understand that trying a product means opening it — this will not disqualify your refund claim under our satisfaction guarantee.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Stripe processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days before funds appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6.4 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned (unless faulty or not as described):
- Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken and the product has been used beyond a reasonable trial period (more than 14 days)
- Products purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be directed to the point of purchase)
7. Consumer Guarantees — Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located outside Australia and wish to enquire about international orders, please contact us at theteam@customersupport.care.
