Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched and a shipping notification is sent.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Singapore GST (9%) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, except in cases of obvious error.

3.4 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your payment card information.

3.5 Availability

Products are sold subject to availability. In the event that an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer a refund, substitution, or waitlist option.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all states and territories across Singapore. Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Full terms governing returns, refunds, and exchanges are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

8.1 Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA)

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
